The episode starts with a teenager, Geeta eloping from her house. Her written letter is found by her parents, and it’s understood that she has been seeing someone and decided to live with him. Geeta’s father, who has political influence, seeks the cops, and the search begins. Through Geeta’s sister, we find that she has been talking to a guy called Ashish. With this hint, the police try to figure out where Geeta went.

However, during the search, a girl’s corpse is found in a building, and it’s none other than Geeta’s. After getting brutally smashed into the wall, Geeta suffered from a skull fracture and multiple other injuries. Police rule out Ashish through Geeta’s Friends Page. When the police interrogate Ashish, it seems like Geeta has never met or even texted him.

At the same time, there is another missing case of a girl named Jhanvi, who is linked to Ashish. Jhanvi and Ashish have been dating, but on March 14, the girl went missing. The police find call logs of Geeta and spot a number that has been bought by Ashish. This makes the police finalise that Ashish has two numbers through which he has maintained his relationship with both girls. As expected, Ashish is arrested. But, even after showing him evidence, Ashish presses the police that he has no clue about all the calls.

Meanwhile, we learn from Geeta’s mother and her sister that two years back, Geeta was in a relationship with a guy named Pratap. Apparently, Ashish also mentions his friend Pratap as a witness to prove his innocence. The police realise that if they find Pratap, the truth will come out.

After the search warrant goes out, Pratap is finally found in a hotel room with Geeta. Hence, it’s revealed that the corpse is actually of Jhanvi and not Geeta. To live their life, both Pratap and Geeta plan to elope and make it look like Geeta’s dead so their parents won’t interfere. Sadly, Jhanvi and Ashish become their scapegoat. Initially, Pratap intended to kill Ashish as well but ended up taking only Jhanvi’s life since Geeta’s parents are the toughest.

Great Execution of the Plot

The one-hour episode had a chilling ending because it’s a sad reality. Usually, eloped lovers are killed, but in this case, the couple kills someone else to save their life. As said, there have been events similar to this happening in the last few decades, and it’s cold. The director has done a brilliant job of keeping the mystery of the episode perfectly in the box until the end. While it might be easy to spot out Geeta isn’t dead, there were scenes where I convinced myself that Geeta is dead and was murdered by her father. But surprisingly, the ending had other plans, and it was good.
