Forensic shows have garnered a lot of fan-following in recent times and Cold Case Files DNA Speaks is going to be a special case it seems. What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word “blood”? Murder, right? It is surreal how the substance that is responsible for keeping us alive stands for death as well. The series has been produced by Category 6 Media Group.

It doesn’t matter if you are a forensic analyst or not; the word “DNA” always sounds cool in the way it is used in movies and shows to find the culprit. Alongside archive footage and photographs, each episode of the docu-series will have interviews with the family members of the person whose death will be looked into, along with police officers, medical professionals and other officials involved in the case. The series will be narrated by Bill Curtis.

Cold Case Files DNA Speaks Plot/Synopsis

Cold Case Files DNA Speaks is a spin-off of the 1999 Emmy-award-winning series Cold Case Files. Each episode of the series will pick up a murder case that remained unsolved for many years (thus the name “cold cases”), sometimes decades until the advent of DNA analysis helped crack them. So we will be subjected to these developments in detail.

Through the scientific developments that the investigators were able to achieve with the advancements in forensic analysis, we will get to see how they tracked down the killers who thought that they had escaped justice. Every little detail will be explored and no stone will be left unturned as the cases are reopened.
