Cold Case Files DNA Speaks Plot/Synopsis
Cold Case Files DNA Speaks is a spin-off of the 1999 Emmy-award-winning series Cold Case Files. Each episode of the series will pick up a murder case that remained unsolved for many years (thus the name “cold cases”), sometimes decades until the advent of DNA analysis helped crack them. So we will be subjected to these developments in detail.
Through the scientific developments that the investigators were able to achieve with the advancements in forensic analysis, we will get to see how they tracked down the killers who thought that they had escaped justice. Every little detail will be explored and no stone will be left unturned as the cases are reopened.
Other than how new evidence reveals new witnesses that eventually lead to the capture of the killer, the show will also explore the emotional turmoil of the family members of the deceased and how they never stopped looking for the person responsible for their loss and pain. This will be accompanied by the unwavering never-give-up attitude of the officials looking into the case.
