BTS members are often seen talking about or showing off their adorable pets in every situation possible. From bringing them into their In the Soop site or the occasional BangtanTV videos, and their social media, we now also get to see their pets in their music videos now and then.

While the BTS members and their adorable pets show off their overpowering visuals, there is no doubt that ARMYs everywhere are enjoying the treat every time the members bring their pets forward. ARMYs everywhere have seen the members’ pets grow up in their way over the years and also share the love and joy with the members.

Alongside this, ARMYs also share the heartbreaking and painful moments of the members whenever they have to face the loss of their beloved little ones, making sure to give them a good sendoff. With this, here we bring a beautiful story with the BTS members and their adorable pets to bring a treat for the eyes and a heartwarming memory for the heart.

BTS Members and Their Adorable Pets

Jungkook’s Bam, Gureum, Paengie and Songie

We begin with the group’s Maknae and his pet Doberman Bam, Maltese Gureum, and two Italian Grayhounds Paengie and Songie. Jungkook introduced his pet dog Bam to us all during In the Soop season 2 and it didn’t take long for the charmer to become the 8th member of BTS. His Maltese Gureum sadly passed away in 2021, and his Italian Greyhounds were introduced to fans in 2022.

V’s Yeontan

Next, we have the loveliest Pomeranian Yeontan who was adopted by V back in 2016 and has since been a favourite of many. Kim Yeontan or Tannie for short has been frequenting the spotlight thanks to his beloved father who loves updating fans about his adorable Tannie’s growth and well-being. Apart from Yeontan, V also has three other pets Soonshim and Ssyongsyong, and a Persian Chinchilla cat named Kkanji.

Jimin’s Ddosun

During his childhood, Jimin had a Pit Bull Terrier and a Korean Jindo mix breed named Ddosun who unfortunately passed away and since then it is unknown if the singer had any other pets. While Jimin shares a good time with the pets of other members or dogs he meets along his journey, we are unsure if he himself owns a pet at the moment.

J-Hope’s Mickey

Next, we have our Hope’s Shih Tzu Mickey who has been another charmer who only gets more adorable with the clothes and styles J-Hope chooses for the little one. From the cutest pet clothes to adorable hairstyles, J-Hope goes all out when it comes to dressing up the little one and making our hearts pound with the overwhelming cuteness.

Suga’s Holly

The Toy Poodle Min Holly brings in the kind of cuteness that can steal anyone’s heart and this holds true because even Suga could not resist the furry guy’s charm. While Holly doesn’t appear much on social media, Suga’s love for his dog is very evident as his eyes light up and a smile pops up every time he speaks of his pet.

Jin’s Odeng, Eomuk, and Jjangu

Bringing in a bit more exotic yet very adorable pets to the group, Jin’s sugar gliders brought their own uniqueness to the group’s pets list. Jin’s love for his pets is really like no other and we can see the pain the passing of his sugar gliders and dog Jjangu brought him when he released his single Tonight during the 2019 BTS Festa.

RM’s Monie

Finally, we have the group’s leader RM and his pet Monie, a white American Eskimo who has been a dear companion of our leader for years now. Originally named Rapmon and Monie for short, we can see why we stuck to the latter for most of the time and how dear he had been to RM. Unfortunately, his passing this year brought immense pain to the rapper and he shared his grief with his fans recently.
