Bet Ending Explained: Yumeko rushes to get herself out of being the House Pet and reach the top 10 before midnight, but will she be able to achieve the impossible? As she prepares to make the biggest bet yet, new revelations leave her shocked. What will Yumeko do now?

The plot of the series follows a gambling genius and transfer student who enrolls in a prestigious school where gambling decides your status quo. With everything at stake, the student goes around messing up the set system while showing her eccentric personality that isn’t easy to melt. As things get more complicated, it turns out that her real goal in this school is something more than what she shows.

The final episodes of the series lead to Yumeko’s struggle as a House Pet after having lost the best she was forced to make against Ryan. Finally, her time comes on the last day of school when she has just a few hours to gamble her way out of being a House Pet to reaching the top 10 and becoming a member of the student council. As had been found earlier, the ones who killed her parents are among the parents of the current student council members. Thus, she needs to take part in the meeting that student council members have with the board members to get her revenge.

Does Yumeko make it into the Top 10?

Finally, on the final day of school, regardless of the many hurdles that Michael creates to stop Yumeko, she finds her way through it all and wins her spot. The reason Michael tries to stop Yumeko is that he suspects that it is his father who is responsible for her parents’ deaths. Unfortunately, despite his many efforts in trying to hide this, Yumeko finds out about the truth and his betrayal. He then tries to find other ways to stop her but fails.

Finally, Yumeko wins her spot and heads out for the meeting. Meanwhile, Michael tells Ryan about Yumeko’s plan to kill his father, and the two rush behind to stop her. At the party, Yumeko finds an opportunity to get close to her suspect and poison him with a drink, but she eventually fails. She loses the poisoned drink at the party, and later, when stopped by Michael, she loses her chance to kill his father.

What happens to Kira at the Party? What did Yumeko do to her?

Meanwhile, Kira is looking forward to being announced as the student representative, but is stunned when her father gives the position to her sister Riri. However, she notices how Yumeko’s expressions change when her parents’ names are mentioned by her father. After the announcement, she goes to Yumeko with the poisoned drink and confronts her about her parents, before handing the drink to Yumeko to drink.

Yumeko takes the drink and, after pouring it into her mouth, she kisses Kira and forces the poison onto her. She then suggests a gamble where the winner gets the remedy for the poison. A thrilling round of Blackjack then begins with Mary as the dealer. The winner? It is Mary as she manages to finalise it all in a tie, thus saving both their lives. Later, the two come to a consensus and make a pact to get what they want.

Does Yumeko get her revenge? What big secret does she find out?

Yumeko wishes to kill everyone on the Board, while Kira wishes to get the position she desires. The first target is Michael’s father, with whom Yumeko meets in secret. He confronts her about her identity and tells her how her parents hid a huge amount of money that they had cheated everyone on the Board. He then asks for the key that had been given to her before their death, when Yumeko poisons him, too.

As the man falls on the ground and is on the brink of death, he tells her that he shouldn’t have killed her, as he holds a secret she would want to know. He tells her that her mother survived the bombing that supposedly killed her parents, and he knows where she is. Yumeko is stunned by this and wishes to know about her mother, but the man loses his life from the poison she fed him at this very moment.

Yumeko is devastated by this but is told by Kira to leave immediately. She then tries to manipulate the situation by making everyone believe that her father killed the man, but Michael is not fooled by this. Meanwhile, Yumeko leaves with Michael, and on the road, she takes out the chip that was given to her by her mother, as she understands that this is the chip that holds a treasure everyone on the Board wishes to get.

Will there be a Bet Season 2?

There will definitely be a Bet season 2 because the game has only just begun. With the key in Yumeko’s hand, she is surely going to dive into the secret that she never knew about. Meanwhile, Michael is now going to enter his villain phase and start gambling (breaking his rule), and he surely won’t be an easy opponent for Yumeko from what we have seen of him. There’s a third person who is also going to make it big in a new season- Kira. She needs her power back, and she is going to work for it, even if it means working with Yumeko. The two surely make an interesting team, and this is going to be worth watching.
