Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian Episode 4 Recap
In this episode, our hero returns from a shopping trip with Masha, only to be pestered by the student council president about joining the council. Kuze, known for his reliability and past role as student council vice president in junior high, is seen as a prodigy. However, his refusal to continue his legacy in high school baffles everyone, hinting at a possible traumatic experience that led to his aversion.
Meanwhile, Kuze learns that Alya has been assigned an important task: mediating a conflict between the baseball and soccer clubs, both of which need the school grounds for upcoming events. Alya, who struggles with social interactions, seems ill-suited for the role. Concerned, Kuze decides to check on the situation, initially intending not to intervene.

However, when he hears Alya quietly asking for help in Russian, Kuze can’t resist stepping in. He offers a clever solution that satisfies both clubs, resolving the conflict and impressing everyone involved. This incident leads Kuze to reconsider his stance and he decides to join the student council to support Alya in her bid to become president.
The episode takes a humorous turn when Alya slaps Kuze for thinking about another girl in her presence, only to soothe his pain with a kiss.
Here, Alya finally acknowledged her feelings for Kuze, expressing her love in Russian, thinking he wouldn’t understand.
