The opening song of season 2 will be Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” by Creepy Nuts, and the ending theme is Tokyo’s Way! (トーキョーズ・ウェイ!)” by Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku (私立恵比寿中学).

I have tried my best to keep the review as spoiler-free as possible, but there are certain elements that I had to mention to give proper feedback.

Mashle Season 2 can also be called Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 or Mashle: Kami Satoru-sha Kouho Senbatsu Shiken-hen ( マッシュル-MASHLE- 第2期 )

Mashle Season 2 Episode 11 Review and Recap – Mash Again Uses His Muscle Magic

Mashle Season 2 Episode 11 Review Mash Is Finally Acknowledged

The battle between Innocent Zero and Headmaster Wahlberg was decided from the previous episode only. Innocent Zero was too powerful for Wahlberg to handle, and it was not just because he had the power of time, but also because he had done so many modifications on himself that he could practically even steal others’ powers. Thus, when Innocent Zero uses the power of space that originally belonged to Headmaster Wahlberg with more intensity than the original mage, even Wahlberg realises he cannot beat this enemy anymore. But, where magic fails, muscle reigns, and this is where our overpowered hero comes into the picture.

You might wonder how Mash, who cannot fly, joins the fight, which is essentially taking place in the middle of the sky. Well, he is using his legs, and he is flapping them at such a speed that he can actually fly with his muscle strength. It is also very funny to see how an enemy against whom even the headmaster struggled, got hit by Mash and his immense strength.

Mash never cares that there is a powerful being in front of him, who can literally wipe out his existence. This fact also angers Mash’s enemies, who hate that Mash keeps on an idiotic face and does not regard them like he should.

Back in the arena, there is a different kind of problem brewing, for which everyone gears up. And even though all the people who have been frozen in time woke up, problems increase because now they start to panic and create chaos. Amidst this situation, Innocent Zero unleashes a new kind of threat that no magic can affect. How Mash and his friends will be able to handle all these things together while protecting everyone is something you will have to see for yourself.

This episode again was filled with action and random comedy moments. It was absolutely hilarious when Lemon screamed that she would die before enjoying her honeymoon, while a massive danger approached her. Another memorable scene is when Dot is able to witness whatever vision Lance is having of his sister in his imagination.

Verdict

This episode again was very entertaining, and our boy finally received the love and acceptance that was due, all because of his muscles. The students ultimately understand that magic is not the only thing that can protect them in front of challenges like Innocent Zero. Mash, hence, might finally be a part of society without being ostracised anymore.
