Shark Tank India Season 3 Episode 12 Recap

The latest episode starts with Honey Twigs, a honey-packaging brand that wants to revolutionise eating honey in a mess-free manner. Although the panellists aren’t impressed with the idea behind the innovative packaging, and ask questions regarding the scalability of the product and the opportunity for others to copy it, the founders mention that although anyone could’ve copied it before, no one did so. After checking out the packaging, the panellists are left impressed by the taste as well, including Aman, who funnily did not like honey in a similar episode in season 2. On top of that, the numbers also impress the sharks.
In the end, Aman & Vineeta and Anupam & Ritesh & Peyush hilariously fight it out to make a deal and the founders, in the end, choose the latter at Rs 75 lakhs for 3% equity.
Next, we meet the founder of Koparo, a cleaning product without any harmful chemicals. She asks for Rs 70 lakhs for 1% equity, which surprises all the sharks at first. After discussing her life before her business venture, the founders and the panellists discuss the necessity of making everything clean and chemical-free and the science behind it. After testing the products, the panellists start giving out offers Vineeta & Aman team up and the deal is closed Rs 70 lakhs at 1% equity. After she leaves, the panellists discuss the exceptional founder and her talents and praise her grounded approach to her business.

Right after, we meet Aditi Madan or Momo Mami (BluePine Foods) from Season 1 and find out where she is now and her new ventures after Shark Tank.
The next company to come up is 2Ballz, a men’s innerwear brand, whose unique presentation cracks everyone up. After discussing their brand, they ask for Rs 30 lakhs for 5% equity and then show the sharks their products’ USP. However, the panellists all give feedback about the in-your-face naming of the brand that would make their buyers uncomfortable. After learning of the low numbers, all the sharks are unhappy with the products and everyone asks the founders to do more research because otherwise they won’t be able to differentiate their products from the big players in the market. In the end, the founders leave without any deals in hand.
Shark Tank India Season 3 Episode 12 Review

The episode has been quite the entertainer, with Aman’s quirky comments, a glimpse from Momo Mami bringing season 1’s nostalgia to the surface, and a healthy dose of reality being rained on the founders from the Sharks who deliver in-depth feedback. Shark Tank‘s insightful discussions are what set it apart from other reality shows and the banter among the Sharks is also fun. In this episode, the Sharks’ fight for who gets the deal is quite entertaining and the way they match each other’s deals is hilarious. The anticipation of who gets the deal creates delicious anticipation.
On the other hand, it’s the last business that makes for a truly entertaining watch. Although there is no deal, the way the Sharks approach the founders of the brand and the purpose behind makes for an uncomfortably funny watch through and through.
Shark Tank India Season 3 is streaming on SonyLIV.
