Vegeta and Bulma, the fiery Saiyan Prince and the genius inventor come with tsundere tension and hilarious clashes. But, their initial encounters were far from romantic.
Vegeta, a ruthless invader, saw Bulma merely as a means to an end. Bulma, ever resourceful, recognized his power and manipulated him for her own goals.
Despite their constant conflicts, a certain begrudging respect grew between them as well. Finally, they do come together and even create a family as a power couple.

Otonashi And Kanade ( Angel Beats! )
Otonashi Yuzuru and Tachibana Kanade are a fan-favorite enemies-to-lovers couple in the Angel Beats! anime. At first, they start as rivals, with Kanade acting as the student council president and Otonashi joining the SSS brigade that opposes her.

This is a personal favorite of mine because of the absolutely hilarious dynamics these two share. The way Charlotte acts will make you think that she would prefer to be with anyone other than the brash and violent Yami. She also appears to be disgusted with his antics and his constant talks about shitting.
But, one peek at her mind, and you will know Charlotte is the biggest Yami fangirl ever. She has been in love with him ever since he saved her from her own powers but is too shy to say anything to him. And Yami being Yami, is completely oblivious to her feelings for him.
Desumi And Fudo (Love After World Domination)
This anime is the epitome of enemies to lovers, as the two here are actually enemies, one working from the good side and one from the evil side.
Their initial encounters were anything but sweet. Fudo, fueled by unwavering idealism, clashed with Desumi, driven by the enigmatic goals of the Gekko organization. When they fought, sparks flew, not of romance, but of fierce opposition.
Yet, beneath the surface, a grudging respect simmered, and they fell for one another. This is a short, sweet, and funny anime that you should definitely watch.
