Following the intense climax of the season finale, the new trailer for the upcoming season clearly answers the question of Peyami’s survival. However, the true question is, is he still living? Esvet is evidently taken away by Dimitri in an attempt to try to marry her again forcefully. But this time, the situation is more complicated and has more consequences as Peyami is deeply and irrevocably in love with her. The forbidden love story either ends this season or it is just the start and the trailer has left a lot of clues for us to speculate.

The Tailor Season 2 Trailer Breakdown

The trailer opens with Esvet in a wedding dress and Peyami in a white suit. From the look of it, it feels like the couple is getting married; however, the scene is interrupted by Dimitri. It indicates that the scene might be a dream in Peyami’s mind. The moment then quickly shifts to a healed yet distraught Peyami partying in a nightclub. He looks carefree and drowns his sorrows with alcohol and cigarettes. Moreover, he also meets new people in an attempt to fill the void in his soul. But he is still unable to escape the reality of his life and often breaks down when he is left alone.

Mustafa, on the other hand, cannot bare that Esvet has left his side. After a long time, he found someone who understood and treated him like a human being. He is left crying for her and falls into his usual mundane life inside a locked room as he is left with no one to care for him. Peyami is also unable to hide his real emotions and cannot suppress them anymore. He is unable to work or function in a normal manner.
