In the short trailer, the author reveals that she decided to write after she got multiple requests from people asking for guidance. She eventually decided to jot down her thoughts and real-life events in an effort to help people during trying times. The former first lady started to write the book during the eve of Covid-19, and like everyone else, she too was suffering from the major consequences of quarantine. However, she turned her negative feelings into positive ones and resolved to help everyone else with those unsettling thoughts.

She expresses how it is hard to find the light within ourselves when there is darkness all around us. Additionally, she also talks about relationships and how much effort it takes to maintain one. With some jokes and her charming self, she talks about how fragile marriages have become in the modern era of social media.

Moreover, she also talks about the number of people she has lost on her way to the top. Friends do not always remain friends, and the author suggests everyone to surround themselves with people with a mindset similar to theirs. Oprah also mentions Michelle’s ‘Kitchen Table’ friends, who are a group of people that the author trusts and values the most in life.

The two friends also get into some friendly banter and humourous moments. Overall, the trailer gave us a tiny peek at the encouraging and empowering words that will be shared by the author. From the looks of the trailer, the show looks promising, and the audience’s anticipation is increasing.
