Extraordinary Attorney Woo Episode 16 Review
A fulfilling end to a beautiful show that gave us a breath of refreshment. This show really does take us through a process of healing and we are left with bittersweet emotions with this end.
Speaking about this episode, if there is anyone I would want to see Woo Young-woo interact with more than Lee Jun-ho, Jung Myeong-seok or her beloved whales, then it would be Choi Sang-hyeon. Yes, it took just one episode for me to want more of this genius pair of siblings who are intelligent and so so beautiful.
With habits similar to Woo Young-woo, and a younger version too, he has stolen our hearts with just one episode and I would love to see him again very soon.

Speaking about Woo Young-woo, the whale couple is finally back! While this gives us a sense of satisfaction, we want more of these two together. She makes him happy and these two together make us all happy.
Moving on to Jung Myeong-seok, I really want more scenes of his happy life with his wife. I understand that she wants him to quit Hanbada, but I hope that he would come back but with a more controlled schedule maybe. I really love this mentor who has taken care of the attorneys so well and I already miss him in this show.
Now speaking of Choi Su-yeon and Hwan Min-woo. I really hated the latter in some episodes, but his willingness to change for Choi Su-yeon makes me want to move on from this hatred. While he is a character who has turned the Kdrama’s situation into an ideal one, I don’t care because I’m liking this new him.
Speaking of ideal situations, Han Seon-young has also taken part in this as she does not completely turn evil and lets go of Tae Soo-mi when she steps down from the candidature.
Altogether, I am satisfied with the ending but the want for more does not stop and I hope to see this team together in the future.

Thank you for keeping the storyline. Episode 16 is awesome! All the characters are wonderful! There should be Season 2. I can’t wait for 2024.
Extremely well written, and amazingly acted. Every character brings a certain nuance to the table, and we see them change for the better, I believe, due to their exposure to Woo-Young.
I do hope that the actors scheduling conflicts can be worked out, and work can begin sooner, rather than later. I can’t wait until 2024 for season 2!!
A breath of fresh air among series that are violent, weird and mundane. The characters are beautifully developed, the situations are interesting and educational, the actors are stellar, and after a few slow episodes, I looked forward to the evening when I watched things unfold. This goes on my list of “worth a second watch” and that list is not long. I recommend the series to everyone. I, too, look forward to a Season 2.
I just finished the first season and absolutely loved every episode. I am very curious about one scene in episode 16. When Han Seon-Young was sitting in the back of the car, she said to an unknown driver, “I let you off easy this time.” WHO was she speaking to? Your thoughts, please…
I myself thought she was just talking to herself. So we know she still has plans to ruin her. But to be honest I don’t remember if they told us why she wants revenge? And it really bothers me that they don’t tell why Woo is into whales. We know about her reading the law books as a child.
