The Boys Season 3: Karl Urban and His Gang Look Deadly in the New Still

Fans are waitingly patiently for The Boys Season 3 and, looking at the calendar, the wait will be over soon. However, before that looks like the team is set to thrill us all by releasing a new still from the upcoming TV series that has made fans spiralling in excitement. The Amazon Prime Video superhero television series has become a cult favourite with its grey and complex storyline and a star cast like no other.

Developed by Eric Kripke, The Boys is based on the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. DC Comics originally published the comic under their Wildstorm imprint banner before it moved to Dynamite Entertainment. The crux of the story is how the eponymous team of vigilantes combat superpowered individuals set to destroy the world by abusing their unique abilities. In the story, we also have a superhero group called “The Seven” which is run by the conglomerate Vought International and, aren’t the purest of souls.

Actors Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon, and Karen Fukuhara feature as the vigilantes in the story along with Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher, and Nathan Mitchell, who form “The Seven”. With the first two seasons of the show already out with a spin-off that came out recently, fans have not lacked the dose of The Boys content. However, the new still from the show’s upcoming season looks intense and deadly.

The picture features Kar Urban taking the centre stage as he delivers one of his deadliest looks. Around him is his team of vigilantes which include Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon, and Karen Fukuhara. With the release date for the upcoming season, the caption calls our group ‘supe-busters’, given how they bring forward the dark, dirty superheroes to light.
