Focusing on Park Sun-woo, the series takes us on an intense and romantic chase through time. However, his actions in the past might just have shocking consequences on the people in the present, including his crush, Joo Min-young. Along with the unpredictable and intense plot, the series has deep emotions that keep you hooked to it. This one’s a story that will stay with you for some time.

The Time We Were Not in Love (2015)

This one’s technically a thriller, but the romance is subtle and sweet and the thriller elements just add to the confusion and cute vibes. Starring Flower of Evil’s Moon Chae-won and inspired by The Count of Monte Cristo, the series follows Cha Ji-won, who, after his father’s questionable death, must find out who killed him. However, he gets framed in another murder case and must race against time to clear his name and find out the real culprit. Along the way, he meets Baek Eun-young (or, Kim Swan) and starts a sham marriage with her. However, what started off as fake, soon turns into something more real than he could’ve imagined.
