The much anticipated Weird The Al Yankovic Story trailer is out and Daniel Radcliffe looks like he is ready to tell us one promising tale of the musical prodigy. The recently released trailer welcomes the movie warmly with the description that reads: ‘The world belongs to weird’.
Weird The Al Yankovic Story is an upcoming satirical musical comedy which also serves as a biographical drama. The film is directed by Eric Appel, who has also written the screenplay along with “Weird Al” Yankovic, who serves as the subject for the upcoming film. Daniel Radcliffe stars in the titular role along with Evan Rachel Wood as Madonna, Rainn Wilson as Dr. Demento, Toby Huss as Nick Yankovic, Julianne Nicholson as Mary Yankovic, Quinta Brunson as Oprah Winfrey, Spencer Treat Clark as Steve Jay, Dot-Marie Jones as Mama Bear and Thomas Lennon.
As of now, the film is scheduled to arrive at the Toronto International Film Festival 2022 and will later be released to the masses. It is produced under the production companies Funny or Die and Tango.

The artist’s rendezvous with the Queen of Pop Madonna and how side-tracked from his career due to alcohol and drugs.
The trailer also shows us the emotional aspect the film would be offering when it comes to Weird Al’s career trajectory. The artist’s failures and successes both are highlighted in the trailer that is promised to give us a shining story in the movie. The film offers its viewers to discover the icon who changed music, literally and became the flagbearer of light, humourous and parody songs that take up most of our screens today.
