Consisting of 8 episodes, the upcoming Korean series premieres on Disney Plus Hotstar on November 8, 2023. In this gripping trailer, Kim Ji-yong defines a Vigilante as a guardian of the community, delivering justice where the law falls short. Journalist Choi Mi-ryeo warns that this pursuit of justice has taken a violent turn. Kim Ji-young confronts criminals, questioning the adequacy of their punishment and urging them to reflect on their actions. She challenges them to blame the system for their freedom, vowing to show them true hell.

Vigilante New Trailer Still 1

Kim Ji-yong, exceptionally intelligent and methodical, meticulously plans each criminal act. Chief Investigator Jo Heon suspects the vigilante may have intimate knowledge of their operations. As a model student, he consistently outsmarts the police, always one step ahead. Whereas other students question whether their profession should focus on rehabilitation.

In a poignant moment, Kim Ji-young asks a criminal if they truly desire to live and encourages self-reflection, but ultimately administers a lethal blow, convinced that this is the ultimate form of justice. The trailer also introduces the enigmatic Vice Chairman of DK Group, an admirer of the vigilante who seeks to protect them. Kim Ji-young’s actions resonate with a disillusioned public, disheartened by a justice system that often falls short.
