What Will Happen Next on The Patient Episode 5?

At the end of The Patient Episode 4, we saw Alan console the anxious and panicked Ellias by singing ‘Country Roads’ which is where the episode comes to an end, giving us an open end to predict on what can happen in the next episode. In The Patient Episode 5, we might finally get to see the ultimate fate of Ellias as Alan seems to have really deviated Sam from killing his prisoner for a long time now.

Apart from that, the upcoming episode could also focus on Sam’s interaction with his wife as that is the last piece of advice we see Alan giving him to make him leave Ellias alone. We can get a flashback or backtracking by Sam to get to know his relationship with his wife better and why they parted ways. If Sam is a killer, is it possible that Sam’s wife knew about it which is why she left him? Well, all remains to be answered very soon.

When Will The Patient Episode 5 Release?

The Patient Episode 5 is titled ‘Pastitsio’ and is directed by Kevin Bray, who has also directed the previous two episodes in the series. It will air on Hulu on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
