With The Patient Episode 10 left to air, the anticipation of where the show is heading is higher than ever. The Patient features Steve Carell as Alan Strauss, a therapist and Domhnall Gleeson as Sam Fortner, a serial killer and the new patient of our therapist in question. Actors Linda Emond plays Candace Fortner along with Laura Niemi as Beth Strauss, Andrew Leeds as Ezra Strauss and David Alan Grier as Charlie Addison.
What Will Happen in The Patient Episode 10?
The upcoming episode of The Patient will deal with the ultimate showdown between Sam and Alan. In the ninth episode, Alan tried to push Sam into the phase of relationship building and also, disclosed to him a key point regarding his murdering tendencies which is basically him trying to kill his father in every victim. This gave rise to an Ed Kemper inspiration moment ending the episode and keeping the viewers guessing regarding what Sam is up to next.
If we go by what Sam has said in The Patient Episode 9, then it will be Sam murdering his father and getting done with all the bloodshed for once and for all. If that’s not the case, Alan’s life is still in danger as he is being held hostage by Sam and it can possibly end only with his death or Sam’s.
When Will The Patient Episode 10 Release?
The Patient Episode 10 is titled ‘The Cantor’s Husband’ and is directed by Chris Long with Joel Fields & Joe Weisberg serving as the writers for the final episode. It will air on Hulu on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022.
