A new episode of the HBO Original drops next week and The Last of Us Episode 7 preview is here to tell you all about it. In last week’s episode, Joel and Ellie were making their way back from the Fireflies’ den in the University of Eastern Colorado when he got stabbed by a raider. Now the problem is figuring out how they will return to Wyoming while they are stranded in a place with no one in sight for hours.
The Last of Us is a survivalist show following the events of a devastating fungal pandemic, spreading all over the world and causing death and destruction in its wake. This episode starred Bella Ramsey, Pedro Pascal and Gabriel Luna alongside other cast members. It was an emotional linchpin of the season, fully delving into the trauma Joel has gone through and the problems he has been facing with Ellie, putting her life in danger.

The next episode will also star Storm Reid as Riley. This show is based on the best-selling game created by Naughty Dog of the same name.

There will be nine episodes in the season, releasing every Monday starting from January 15, 2023. The last episode was titled ‘Kin’ and was directed by Jasmila Žbanić.

The series will stream from January 15, 2023 to March 12, 2023. Episode 7 will release on February 26th at 9 PM ET or February 27th around 8.30 AM IST.

In the next episode, we get the first glimpse of Riley. It is going to be a flashback episode exploring how Ellie came to the Fireflies in the first place. We will also find out what happens to Riley after she gets bitten and how they were almost killed at the mall, as she had briefly mentioned in a previous episode.
The Last of Us Episode 6 Recap
Joel and Ellie made their way to Wyoming to find Tommy fully embracing the domesticity that the place has been giving this gated community. While they have been fierce protectors of their people, they are welcoming to Joel and Ellie and even offer to put them up in a house opposite to theirs. Ellie is cleaning up, while Joel is catching up with Tommy and sharing his doubts about going with Ellie to the Fireflies’ base.
The two have a conversation about family and friendship, when Ellie learns that Tommy will be going with her, she feels betrayed. Eventually, Joel comes around and takes her to University of Easter Colorado only to find it empty and run down. While the duo are returning from their journey, Joel is stabbed by a raider.
