Piano playing has never been more romantic especially when not played well. Bill and Frank immediately become a contender for a fan favourite ship. However, there is some serious competition when we see Joel and Tess also being their cute selves, having dinner with each other. Well, things don’t end well, to say the least. Joel has seen trauma worth lifetimes but it doesn’t deter him completely. It takes him back enough to gather his emotions.

Now, Ellie and Joel try to find the latter’s brother Tommy because he was a Firefly and probably where all the doctors are. Now that the car is still available, the duo make a road trip towards their destination. Gut-wrenching, heart shattering, soul-breaking are just some of the words fans have been using to describe this episode. Along with memes and stills from the show, viewers have been making tweets blurry eyed filled with tears.
