The Kidnapping Day Overview
The Kidnapping Day (유괴의 날) is a comedy thriller Kdrama directed by Park Yoo-young and based on the novel of the same Korean name “Yugwaei Nal” by writer Jung Hae-yeon. The drama stars Yoon Kye-sang, Park Sung-hoon, Yu Na, Kim Shin-rok, Kim Sang-ho, and Seo Je-hee alongside other cast members.
The drama tells the story of a helpless father who accepts the idea of kidnapping a rich kid goes wrong when he finds out that the little one’s parents are dead. The little girl has already lost her memory due to an accident prior to her kidnapping and the man claims to be her father. However, the little girl soon uncovers his web of lies while he tries to investigate what really happened.
The Day takes over the ENA’s Wednesday and Thursday 21:00 time slot previously occupied by Longing for You.

The series will stream from September 13, 2023, to October 19, 2023. Episode 4 of the ENA series will broadcast on September 21 at 9:00 PM KST and will be available for streaming at 8:30 PM IST.
The Kidnapping Day Episode 4 Prediction
A decision to turn themselves in is made by Myung-joon and Hye-eun, however, Ro-hee opposes it as Myung-joon is the only one whom she trusts right now. As the investigation proceeds, Sang-yoon notices that Ro-hee is the one taking the lead in the teamwork that she has with her kidnapper. Meanwhile, the Genius Child Project comes to light which is sure to open doors to many doubts.
However, while the police are trying to find the child to save her, another group of people are desperate to find her so that their secret is kept safe. But what lies between them is Myung-joon who has vowed to keep Ro-hee safe no matter what. Will Myung-joon be able to save her?
The Kidnapping Day Episode 3 Recap
Episode 3 brings Ro-hee the truth about her kidnapper and a wish to return, however, when the memory of the culprit being associated with the police rushes in, she returns to Myung-joon for safety. She tells him about the same and the next day she finds out that Hye-eun had instigated him to kidnap her, making her decide that they will leave to meet the woman.
Meanwhile, Song-yoon is trying to discover why Ro-hee had led Myung-joon when the two escaped the hospital. Later, he finds out about Myung-joon’s daughter and how her hospital bills have been paid. Following this, he finds Myung-joon’s real address and makes his way there, unaware that a mysterious man has his eyes on the house.
Later, when Ro-hee and Myung-joon escape the police and board a train to Seoul, Song-yoon gets his superiors to make the kidnapping public. While this garners the attention of many, it puts him in a tough stop when Ro-hee’s only living relative pressurises them to keep the matter private.
However, during this time Sang-yoon also finds out about a research that Ro-hee’s father had been conducting which was funded by many. Meanwhile, Ro-hee meets Hye-eun and tries to find out about herself and why she was chosen to be kidnapped. Hye-eun tells her that she had been abused by her father who would not let him go to the police, but Ro-hee does not believe this.
This way, Hye-eun first-hand sees Ro-hee’s genius which leaves her stunned. Later, she discusses with Myung-joon that his past will soon be known to the police. At this time, Sang-yoon receives a report that Myung-joon has murdered someone.
