The Flash: Will Halle Berry Return As Catwoman in the 2022 Film?

Ezra Miller’s ‘The Flash’ is a much anticipated 2022 release under the DC Universe, especially after he seemed to have saved the entire Justice League in the 2021 Snyder Cut version. However, there is someone else too who fans are anticipating seeing. Undoubtedly, Anne Hathaway has played a brilliant Catwoman in Christopher Nolan’s ‘Dark Knight Trilogy’, but nobody’s gotten over quiet over Halle Berry’s portrayal in the 2004 ‘Catwoman’ movie. Even rapper Saweetie donned over her Catwoman costume for this Halloween, sending us reeling back.

Well, Halle Berry recently addressed the speculation if she will return as Catwoman or not in the upcoming Flash movie. Berry who has recently directed, produced and acted in the film ‘Bruised’ did not hold back on her comment.

Will Halle Berry be Catwoman in The Flash?

On the talk show with Jimmy Kimmel, Halle talked about her last project and tiptoed around the conversation of the Multiverse DC comics. Currently, two former Batmen are returning to revive their role in the Flash multiverse movie. Does this mean she will too?

Halle merely replied that she would if she gets to direct it as the actress has seemingly taken up the role to stay behind the lens and take control over the art of storytelling. You can check out the video below.

Further down the interview, the audience gets insight into how the Emmy and Oscar-winning persona thinks that the outcome of the 2004 ‘Catwoman’ film could have been better. Even though the film is an underground favourite, Halle believes that the success or the failure of the film, both rests on her shoulder.

It would be great to see her revise and revive her role as Catwoman in the future. The Flash, meanwhile, is slated to release on November 4, 2022.
