The Boys Season 4 Is Confirmed: Fans Can’t Wait For More Supes Drama

The Boys Season 3 which was released on June 3 on Amazon Prime Video has been renewed for a fourth season. The news comes just after one week of its ongoing season 3 release, whose new episodes will be available on each Friday, leading up to the season finale on July 8. The series is based on the bestselling comic of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson and created by Eric Kripke.

It was a breakout hit when its first season was released in 2019 and built a major fan following since then. The Boys is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It’s powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about the Seven, and their formidable Vought backing.

The show stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie Campbell Jr, Antony Starr as Homelander, Erin Moriarty as Annie/Starlight, Dominique McElligott as Queen Maeve, Jessie T Usher as A-Train and many others. With the news announcement, the viewers can now easily head into the finale without worrying about the fate of the series. The news was announced by the official Twitter page of The Boys, which includes a video by the cast as they tell the good news.
