The NCT Leader is releasing his solo mini-album, and the TAEYONG SHALALA Track Film shows how the artist is gearing up for this big release. We see the artist making himself comfortable by talking to a chatbot and using its abilities to create his own worlds within this animated dreamland. Funnily enough, he is transported into the world as the main character, but when he is disconnected from the real world, what happens to Taeyong inside?
Lee Taeyong has been trapped inside this world, but the moment he picks up this wayward figure ‘4’ lying on the ground, he is turned into an animated figure hurtling through space until he falls right in the middle of the two ‘4s.’ It can be presumed that he becomes the zero, as in the 404 error that gets him stuck there in the first place. This is a fascinating journey into the easter eggs for what is coming next in his music and the subsequent videos.

The 404 error message continues to echo in the air. When it finally wakes the animated character in the music video, he finds himself woken up in a field surrounded by crops. Even though it feels like the real world, it may not actually be one. He then finds himself in the middle of a choice, a choice between two chapters, asking him to Choose T or Y. At the end of the video, we are asked to choose between the two options as well. This is the first time there is an interactive element in a music video.
Once again, this group manages to come to the forefront of trying new formats of telling stories through music. A part of SM Entertainment, this artist originally debuted as a rapper under the NCT U sub-unit. Now, he is the leader of the second sub-unit, NCT 127. The name of the band is an abbreviation for the phrase Neo Culture Technology, which originally boasted that the group would have an unlimited number of members from across the world, divided into sub-units.

These sub-units would be given an opportunity to collaborate with each other as well. In the spirit of unlimited expansion, members come from all over the world, including South Korea, Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Macau, Canada and the United States.
