Spider-Man No Way Home Star Jamie Foxx Has a Clever Reaction to the Trailer

The ‘Spider-Man No Way Home’ trailer gave the entire world a jaw-drop moment with the introduction of the multiverse. The trailer is so well crafted giving the right amount of information but, not all. There are parallels from the earlier Spider-Man films and villains from possibly every existing Universe. The movie is definitely going to be one helluva ride.

Actor Jamie Foxx who played Electro in the 2014 film ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ is making his come back in the upcoming Marvel film as the trailer goes. The actor took to Instagram to share an obscure still from the upcoming movie tagging Tom Holland giving us hints towards his essential role in the upcoming film.

Jamie Foxx Reacts To Spider-Man No Way Home Trailer

Jamie Foxx was quick with wordplay as he captioned his post as “chasing spiders”. The post has garnered a lot of speculation and one of them being the fact if the Spider-Man from other universes plays a part in the movie as Foxx mentions ‘spiders’ in his post.

However, heartbreakingly that speculation might not be all true even though the fans are desperately waiting for Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire to show their faces in the film. The real story behind the caption could be Foxx’s hint towards the song he had written during the filming of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ which is titled ‘Chasing Spiders’. The ‘Django Unchained’ actor had revealed the information during an interview for the previous film with actress Emma Stone.

However, the explanation seems too direct, given how the trailer left us all hanging and falling down like Zendaya (Ouch!). It is still in talks and people’s hearts to see our old Spidey boys join the train. However, it will only be next month when we all find out.

Spider-Man: No Way Home‘ will be released on December 17, 2021.
