Sour and Sweet Posters: GOT7’s BamBam’s First Full Album is Going to be a ‘Beautiful Distraction’

The title or teaser posters for BamBam’s upcoming album, Sour and Sweet, which is all set to be his first full-fledged solo project, have already made our March sweet and sucked away all the sourness. The album will be having two versions as has been suggested by the full title itself.

While the GOT7 brand may be on a hiatus, its members haven’t stopped for a day. The group’s leader, aka JayB recently put out his special album Season Hiatus on February 14, i.e. Valentine’s Day, and now, nearly two weeks later, we have the news for one of the youngest members of the group releasing his first full album as well.

A month ahead of the album release, BamBam’s managing agency, Abyss Company, has unveiled the look donned by the artist for his brand new project. This will be his first comeback since January 2022, which was when he came out with his second album titled B, consisting of six songs. Prior to that, he made his enigmatic debut with his first mini album, Ribbon in June 2021. His musical premieres can be mapped out as annual projects at this point, and this time, the visual theme of the album posters have once again established the singer’s identity as dainty yet intense.

The Thai rapper, who had originally made his name as a K-pop idol debuting as part of one of the best third generation K-pop boy groups, is now ready to leave a mark on the fans of the band, commonly known as Ahgase, and own up to his individual identity as an artist. We can’t help but root for him, what about you?

BamBam has been seen on several variety shows like the South Korean dating reality show, Transit Love and Master in the House, and he’s even pitched in for a collaboration single, Who Are You?, with Red Velvet’s Seulgi in 2021.
