Silo Episode 5 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

Juliette might have to roll up her sleeves as more tragic news will be coming in Silo Episode 5 Preview. Created by Graham Yost, the latest episode is directed by David Semel. It is a sci-fi drama series released by Apple TV+, based on the novel series by author Hugh Howey. The story is set in a dystopian society where a limited population is trying to survive underground.

Silo Plot

It follows the story of the last ten thousand people on earth, their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. However, no one knows when or why the silo was built and anyone who tries to find out faces fatal consequences. Until a few curious minds decide to seek the actual truth.

The main cast of the series includes Rashida Jones as Allison, David Oyelowo as Holston, Common as Sims, Tim Robbins as Bernard, Harriet Walter as Martha Walker and Rebecca Ferguson as Juliette. Along with Avi Nash as Lukas Kyle, Geraldine James as Mayor Ruth Jahns, Will Patton as Sam Marnes, Ferdinand Kingsley as George Wilkins, Shane McRae as Knox, Chinaza Uche as Paul Billings, Henry Garrett as Douglas Trumbull and many others.

The sci-fi series is expected to have 10 episodes in total, with a new episode released weekly.

Silo Episode 4 Recap

Episode 4 delves further into Juliette’s childhood, where it’s revealed that she lost her brother due to an ailment and her mother might have left the house. Not being able to deal with the loss of her loved ones, Juliette finds occupying herself with endless work in mechanical as her way out of misery. But her first day as a Sheriff is not what she expected.

With Mayor Jahns death, she has one more case of a mysterious death to solve, along with George. Meanwhile, deputy Marnes is in shambles, trying to figure out what could have happened to the Mayor. Juliette tries to make a deal with him to help each other but the episode ends on a cliffhanger with his life on the line. However, it can be speculated that it didn’t end on a good note, considering the show’s past record.

Silo Episode 5 Release Date and Time

The series will stream from May 5, 2023, to June 30, 2023. Silo episode 5 will be available to watch on May 26, 2023, at 12 AM EST.

Silo Episode 5 Predictions

The next episode is titled ‘The Janitor’s Boy’ and will follow Billings as he is appointed as the chief deputy, to mostly keep an eye on Juliette and maybe even find out the truth behind these murders. As Juliette also found George’s file hidden in Holston’s house, the coming episode might reveal what exactly happened to him and give more clues about the world outside.

When the silo power was shut down for generator repair, a glimpse of the healthy world was shown briefly and now that we are exactly in the middle of the series, it’s imperative to give some hints about what’s being hidden from everyone. Also, the way each episode ends with a character’s death, who will be the next one to fall to the unfortunate fate, is yet to be revealed, or maybe the streak will end with episode 4.
