Shrinking Episode 7 will lead to a round of apologies from Jimmy and company, after a series of dramatic drunk events and might also create an awkward scene between him and Gaby (after the events of the previous instalments). Moreover, the series will also draw some attention to Paul’s side of the story, who has to deal with his own share of problems.
The Therapy centred comedy-drama series is created by Bill Lawrence, Jason Segel and Brett Goldstein and features Harrison Ford, Jessica Williams as Gaby, Luke Tennie as Sean, Michael Urie as Brian, Lukita Maxwell as Alice, and Christa Miller as Liz.
Shrinking Episdoe 7 Preview
For the unversed, Shrinking Episode 6 begins with Jimmy reluctantly throwing a house party for his best friend Brian’s proposal, at the request of his daughter Alice. However, the party does not go as planned, and Jimmy finds himself surrounded by the consequences.
The episode also focuses on Paul’s second thought about revealing his Parkinson’s to Meg, followed by his nervous jitters (Although the initial call is positive, the news starts to weigh heavily on Paul, and he declines the party invitation).
At the party, Gaby confides in Liz about her decreased libido drive since the end of her marriage. Liz tries to offer helpful advice but ultimately becomes engrossed with controlling Paul in a high state.
Meanwhile, the party guests remind Jimmy of his wife’s death, causing him to relive the grief of his past. Moreover, things start to spiral out of control for the drunken therapist, who eventually finds Alice and Sean sharing a drink. This makes him even more fanatical, resulting in him spoiling everything.
As per the events of the previous episode, it is quite clear that Jimmy and Gaby will land in some awkward set of circumstances. The therapist’s colleagues might have bridged the limit both professionally and personally, which will definitely impact their relationship from here on.
Another takeaway from the last instalment might be Paul’s mixed feelings about opening up to her daughter. Something which has already invited a new set of feelings back into her life. And even though he still carries the guilt of not being present in her life, her daughter is willing to take the best care of him.
Whatever the case may be, the upcoming episode will be filled with new revelations and situations, surrounding Jimmy and Paul’s mixed bag of emotions. Along with some progress in the story of Sean and Alice. Thereby giving us our share of fruitful moments from the dramedy series.
