This television series directed by Sara Goodman (also, known for Gossip Girl), is based on the 1973 novel by Lois Duncan and inspired by the iconic 1997 film of the same name. The series stars Madison Iseman, Brianne Tju, Ezekiel Goodman, Ashley Moore, and Sebastian Amoruso. The plot revolves around a group of teenagers who are stalked by a mysterious killer one year after they cover up a fatal accident on the night of their high school graduation.

The show expertly combines elements of slasher horror with teen drama, weaving together secrets, lies, and a series of gruesome murders much like Pretty Little Liars Summer School. It is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Scream Queens

‘If you are not a Scream Queens fan then we cannot be friends’ is a phrase I live by. This iconic show might just be superior to PLL Summer School and, had to be on this list. Created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan, there’s an ensemble cast for this series which includes Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, and Billie Lourd. Set at the fictional Wallace University, the series revolves around the members of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority who become targets of a masked serial killer known as the Red Devil.

There is humour as there is horror and, the only way one can praise the show is by asking people to watch it. So you gotta stream it right away on Hotstar!

Red Rose

This British horror drama television created by Michael and Paul Clarkson is set in the small town of Bolton and, follows a group of teenagers who download a mysterious app called Red Rose which brings a whole lot of trouble and trauma into their lives. The show stars Amelia Clarkson, Isis Hainsworth, Ali Khan, and Natalie Gavin. The series combines elements of supernatural horror with a modern technological twist, exploring themes of social media influence, peer pressure, and the dark side of digital connectivity, much like Pretty Little Liars Summer School did with Spooky Spaghetti. Light as a Feather
