Selling the OC: Kayla Reacts to Alex Hall-Polly’s Backstabbing, Befriends Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose

Selling the OC, the new spin-off reality series of the show Selling Sunset made its way on Netflix and entertained the audiences with glorious listings and obviously the drama between their cast members. It wouldn’t be a reality TV show without the catty, back-biting drama and conflicts.

And one of the cast members Kayla Cordona has found herself in the eye of the storm. She is a single mother from Orange county with a 15-year-old son. On the show, she opened up to Alex Hall about being a single mother and how she also does bartending job at night to make ends meet. She also reveals how her parents didn’t support her decision to keep the baby after getting pregnant as a teenager, and she was forced to move out of their home and into shelters.

She worked various jobs to sustain her family, before moving on to the real estate business and even now she does side jobs, since she is new in the field and needs to support her family. She poured her heart out to Alex. But the next day, Alex trash talks about Kayla’s crying and calls her energy negative to Polly. Both of them act like her friend but are the real backstabbers.

Apart from that she also had some inappropriate drama with Tyler Stanaland, real estate royalty and pro surfer. As Kayla tried to kiss him on several occasions while drunk. Normally, we would love an office romance but the issue is that he is married to actor Brittany Snow. And after being the one to initiate the kiss, he portrayed a victim’s behaviour.

This incident gave even more reasons to Alex and Polly, who slammed Kayla behind the back after learning she tried to kiss Tyler. However, Both the Alexandras took a stand for Kayla but everyone called them bullies, especially Alex and Polly. Now after the show is out, Kayla has realised that people she called friends trash talked about her.

Recently in a Q&A on Instagram, viewers of the show asked Kayla Cordona various questions about the show and the conflict around her. One viewer asked if she still believes that Alex Hall is her friend and a trustable person. To which she replied ‘absolutely not’. Another person questioned why she didn’t defend Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose against the others in the office.

On that Kayla wrote, ‘I didn’t know about all the times they were having my back throughout the season. We were barely talking during filming.’ But now she has sorted things out with Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose by apologising and is currently partying with them now.
