Extraordinary Attorney Woo: Did Woo-young-Woo and Lee Jun-ho End Up Together?

Extraordinary Attorney Woo came to an end on August 18, 2022, giving us a beautiful ending to the story of our beloved attorney Woo Young-woo. The show ended with things getting better for Woo Young-woo who had found herself amidst everything bad.

Before we start, the Kdrama stars Park Eun-bin, Kang Tae-oh, Kang Ki-young, alongside other cast members, and is directed by Yoo In-shik and written by Moon Ji-won.

The Kdrama revolves around a genius lawyer Woo Young-woo who is on the autism spectrum. She is given the chance to work for one of the biggest law firms but her differences make things hard for her. However, our genius lawyer makes her way through the various lawsuits and helps solve them in her own peculiar way.

While the show may have come to an end with Woo Young-woo and Lee Jun-ho’s smiling faces at the entrance of the Hanbada office building, there are still some doubts about what happened. The question revolving around is whether the whale couple ended up together or not.

Extraordinary Attorney Woo: Do the Whale Couple End Up Together?

Now if you don’t already know, our whale couple broke up in episode 14 which left us all crying with distress. And things didn’t get better between the two until the finale.

Lee Jun-ho can’t take it anymore and finally, in episode 15, he confronts Woo Young-woo and asks her the reason why she broke up with him. When she tells him that it is not easy to live with someone like her as she is capable of making others feel lonely, Lee Jun-ho is unable to refute it.

This is because he too has felt this way during the brief period of time the two were dating. She tells him that she is not the one who can make him happy because her world revolves around herself and it is hard for this to change. While he is unable to say anything to her right then, he isn’t ready to give up on love so precious and wonderful.

So in Extraordinary Attorney Woo episode 16, when he finally gets an opportunity to talk to her, Lee Jun-ho explains his feelings and love to her with the analogy of a cat and its owner.

A cat can make its owner feel lonely on numerous occasions, however, it also brings a special kind of happiness for them. He tells her that he feels happy when he is with her and there’s no one else who can make him feel the same way.

Woo Young-woo is emotional and cannot help but feel touched by his words. She tells him that the cat loves its owner too. She tells him that they should not break up and just like that the two are back together before Woo Young-woo leaves to save the day.

Following this scene, the two are once again seen together at the gathering the attorneys have at the Hairy pub. Also, during the ending scene where Lee Jun-ho is waiting for her near the entrance and she smiles brightly at him while sharing her feelings.

Altogether, the whale couple is definitely back together in the last episode and there is no denying that!
