Selling the OC Ending Explained: Who Made the Big Sale and Who Cried? Is Season 2 on the Cards?

Selling the OC was released this week and has given a lot of reasons for people to have discussions. In the Netflix reality show, several estate agents working for the Oppenheim group have to sell lavish properties in Orange County. The estate agents include Alexandra Jarvis, Tyler Stanaland, Alexandra Rose, Polly Brindle, Gio Helou, Sean Palmieri, Kayla Cardona, Alex Hall, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall and Lauren Brito.

The series has 8 episodes, and we hardly see the real estate agents doing their jobs. The Netflix reality show is filled with lots of drama, cat fights, backbiting, controversies and sexually inappropriate behaviour.

In the 7 episodes, we learn that Alex Hall’s big gang can’t stand Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis. They also despite Gio Helou. At times, it feels like watching a big bully and their clan harassing others because they are not more in numbers.

Selling the OC Ending Explained

In the last episode, the real estate agents have a yacht party. During the party, Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose decide to confront Alex Hall and Polly Brindle for their inappropriate behaviour towards Tyler Stanaland. Both the Alexandras call them out for being a hypocrite as they slam Kayla for trying to kiss Tyler. They question why people only slam Kayla when Alex gave Tyler a nosey and Polly got nude at the beach in front of married men.

When both the Alexandras question Alex and Polly for not apologising to Tyler and mistreating Kayla. However, as usual, Alex and Polly keep yelling at both the ladies and calling them bullies. If that wasn’t enough, Tyler intervenes and slams both the Alexandras. He accuses them of trying to provoke people to fight and calls them bullies.

Kayla, who is known for crying in the show, again starts crying. Everyone starts yelling at Jarvis and Rose for making Kayla cry by mentioning the kissing topic. Well, the group leaves no chance to bash both the Alexandras at the yacht. Polly even badmouths both the ladies a lot.

But the episode ends on thrilling notes. Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose give it back to everyone in a classy way. Both the Alexandras together sell the Dolphin Terrace worth $20 million. It helps in raising the profits of the Oppenheim Group for season 1. What’s interesting is that Rose and Jarvis sell the most expensive property of the season.

When Jason Oppenheim makes this big announcement, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Kayla Cardona and others are visibly unhappy. However, in the end, it was both the Alexandras who rang the bell and ended the show with a winning smile.

Will There Be Selling the OC Season 2?

There is no confirmation where we will get a second season of Selling the OC. However, the show currently ranks at the top on Netflix in many places. Considering the response and the controversies, we may get another season. After all, drama sells! We will keep you updated whenever there is an announcement of another season.
