Selling the OC: Alex Hall Reacts to Being Called a Bully and Giving Nosey to Tyler Stanaland

Selling the OC has got everyone’s attention because of its controversial content. It is a spin-off to Selling Sunset but nothing like it. In the latest Netflix reality series, some real estate agents working for the Oppenheim Group have to sell lavish properties in Orange County. However, the agents hardly sold properties and had many fights and drama. The people who made the most noise are Alex Hall, Kayla Cardona, Polly Brindle, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose and Tyler Stanaland.

Often in the show, Alex would call both the Alexandras bullies. Hall has a loud personality and talks the most in the show. When Kayla trusted Hall and broke down about her personal life situation, Alex went to Polly and b*tched about her “negative energy”. In one episode, Tyler reveals that a drunk Kayla tried to kiss him. Alex and Polly gave extreme reactions and slammed Kayla behind her back.

In the show, both the Alexandras were the only people who stood by Kayla’s side. However, Kayla kept switching sides and never stood up for Jarvis and Rose. Both the Alexandras called out Alex for giving Tyler a nosey. They even said that Polly getting nude in front of married men was inappropriate. However, Hall, Tyler and Polly again call both the Alexandra bullies and yell at them.

A lot of people have bashed Alex Hall for her bullying nature on social media. In an AMA session on Instagram, a few followers asked Alex about her behaviour in Selling the OC. One person asked, “Why are you so mean on the show?”

Hall replied, “I don’t think that I am mean. I am not a mean hearted person. I have a very big heart. But I am direct and passionate and I stand up for the things that I believe in and know are true. Unapologetically.” When someone asked why she is such trash and bully, Alex shared an image of a trash can as an answer.

One user asked, “Sis do you realise your the one leading the pack of bullies against Jarvis and Rose?” Alex replied, “I don’t think any of the people that you’re referring to are ‘followers’. They have all made their own informed decision and come to their own conclusion based on their experiences. Simply because we all happen to have formed the same opinions based on others action does not make anyone a follower.”

Alex Hall was also questioned for giving Tyler Stanaland a nosey. One follower asked how she would feel if Polly got naked in front of her husband. About the nosey and Polly getting naked, Hall answered, “No and no. You are all entitled to your opinion but there is nothing sexual to do with a nosey. Also, I come from a European background and nudity is NOT offensive. The moment Polly owned up to her lost bet, I think I loved her even more.”

When asked if any girl got naked around her husband as Polly did in front of Tyler, Alex responded, “It it was somebody that I trusted, absoluted not. I love Polly’s energy and I love the relationship that we share with out friends and in our group. We are all confident, fun loving adults and have a mutual respect for each other.”

  1. They where the bullies she need to grow up and set an example to her children. How would she feel if that was her daughter that was being treat that way. She disgusting and should be ashamed of her actions. Sucking a married man’s nose and hold his face while passing comment I like to see you naked if not acceptable. Bullies should be cut from the show and action should be taken. There are younger teenagers watching the show think this it how we should treat others. People take there own lives due to bullying and as a grown ass adult you need to grow up and aced your age. MEAN GIRL

  2. I grew up in Laguna Beach and graduated Laguna Beach High School back in 1973. I enjoyed the show, repeat show, cause this storyline has brought attention to the show!! I enjoy seeing the properties, the scenery, the new hot spots, restaurants to visit.. At the end of the day everyone is there to work as a team and exhibit professionalism. To show leadership there must be respect on both sides of the aisle..Lessons to be learned.. Buona Fortuna as they say in Roma !!

  3. Just binge watched selling OC and so glad I came across this thread ! The whole time I’m thinking how nice, composed and focused Rose and Jarvis are and what bitches Polly and Alex Hall are. Well done to Rose and Jarvis for keeping your cool around these toxic women.

  4. The entire show Hall is acting like Tyler is the one who got away and she’s annoyed that she didn’t meet him before he was married. Not to excuse Kayla, but Hall and Polly are huge hypocrites. You don’t try to kiss a married man but you also don’t get naked in front of him, cradle him on your lap or stick his nose in your mouth.

  5. I got anxiety watching the show. Alex Hall is one of the worst characters I’ve ever seen and I wonder why anyone would want to do business with her, or even just associate with her. She’s absolutely a bully. I wonder what she’s projecting from?

  6. Polly and specially Alex Hall has probably one of the most narcissistic and toxic behavior. Pretty sad that she has children and chooses to be that way. Jarvis and rose are the most level headed in the whole show. It’s insane that the rest of the girls feel as if they are the bullies when I’m reality is the opposite.

  7. I am so happy I found this thread, I feel so validated! Watching the show was so infuriating because of Hall and Polly’s actions. They both demonstrated intense manipulation, gaslighting, and pure immaturity. Their narcissism doesn’t allow them to see how toxic they are. I feel like Kayla in the end decided to co gobierno her friendship with Hall out of fear. Truly abusive. I’m also really disappointed in Brandie and Lauren because they also joined with the bullying. Maybe it was out of fear but I hope in season 2, Polly and Hall’s behaviors are called out by Jason and that they receive repercussions for how they are creating an unsafe environment for the others. Karma is hopefully a bitch in this case.

  8. I watched the show again and it’s confirmed, both Polly and Hall are so unprofessional, childish and mean. They prove that they are bullies show after show. It was extremely aggravating to watch and I applaud Rose and Jarvis for handling them with so much patience, poise and professionalism. I really hope the twins will re-evaluate their behaviour and show them the door. I would hate to see them continue what they do in that work environment and allowing this behaviour to continue. They are naturally bullies and they are totally oblivious when they’re being called out.

It is sad that Kayla is seeking some sort of validation from these mean girls and not speaking up for herself. Polly and Hall are hypocrites for getting upset with Kayla for “trying to kiss” Tyler, when Polly and Hall are doing the “nosey” and stripping naked on the beach in front of married men. Uhh Polly, didn’t you say you despise cheaters? Seems to me, you’re quite over it. Evidently, she doesn’t respect the married and gets naked as she pleases. Or maybe she’s had a part in her failed marriage… Tyler and Hall has a very weird relationship that I wouldn’t be comfortable with if I was his wife. I hope his wife does watch the show and protect herself and her man from these horrible girls.

Congratulations to Rose and Jarvis on selling the Dolphin property. Way to close the show! *slow clap* These two girls are taking their work seriously and not letting any of these bullies’ BS get to them.
