See You in My 19th Life Episode 11 Recap

Upon touching the bells, Ji-eum remembers her past life through visions. She remembers that in her first life, she worked for the higher-ups of the village, and the man in charge was none other than Min-gi. He orders her to dye clothes for an upcoming ritual that they need to conduct. Meanwhile, Do-yun also appears, who also works under Min-gi.

Cho-won also appears in her vision, but she was Ji-eum’s older sister in her first life. It is revealed that she was suffering from an illness that could end her life at any moment. Since it was older times, there was no possible treatment for her. However, the medicine man found a way to save her, He told Ji-eum that there is a certain medicine that is available to help her out, but she has to exchange it with the precious shaman bells kept on the shrine.

The village had been suffering from severe drought, and by offering the shaman bells to the Gods, the village authorities wished to solve the problem. The next day, Ji-eum goes to the temple and gives the clothes needed for the ritual, where Seo-ha also appears, who is Min-gi’s bodyguard. But she did not leave and hid behind the bushed. When everyone was gone, she stole the bells. As she was trying to flee the area with her sister, Min-gi, along with the soldiers, started to follow them and caught them red-handed.

Ji-eum begs for forgiveness and asks Min-gi to let them go, but he dismisses every request she makes. The next thing she saw was Cho-won in the pool of her own blood, dying in her hands and the sword in Seo-ha’s hand. When Seo-ha appears in front of her, she grabs him by the neck and starts to choke him. But she comes back to her senses and steps away from him.

Ji-eum realises that she did not see the entire truth of her past life. She again touches the shaman bells, but this time Seo-ha offers her support. In her visions, she sees that Min-gi is the one who kills her sister. She tries to take revenge on him, but Seo-ha stops her and a soldier from behind shoots her with an arrow. However, in the last few minutes, she holds the shaman bells and swears to remember the moment forever until she takes her revenge on him.
