Pathaan: Shah Rukh Khan Unveils New Ensemble Poster for Upcoming Action Flick

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has shared a new poster for his upcoming action-packed thriller Pathaan, on his official social media platforms. The new tease from the movie features the leading trio of the thriller and is available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu language. Moreover, the leading actor also tagged his co-stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the post.

The iconic actor also included an exciting caption for the post, that simply asked his fans to brace for the impact and initiate the final countdown for the feature. Notably, the film is directed by Siddharth Anand (War, Bang Bang) and is produced under the banner of Yash Raj Productions.

Earlier, a short teaser of the action epic was shared by the production house, which slightly revealed the storyline of the film. It showcased SRK in a gritty avatar of an Indian spy, embroiled in a thrilling chase sequence. Furthermore, the teaser was drenched with patriotic vibes and hinted towards another spy saga.

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Ayan Mukherjee’s blockbuster hit Brahamastra, where he portrayed the role of scientist Mohan Bhargav, in the form of a vital cameo. The film grossed more than 400 crores at the box office and has already been green signalled for a full-fledged trilogy.

The fans of the Bollywood Baadshah are already geared up for the flick and extremely excited for the highly anticipated return of the star, in the leading role. Moreover, the last film which he essayed as a protagonist, was Zero, released in the year 2018. The fantasy drama movie was directed by Anand L Rai and received mixed reactions from critics.

Furthermore, Deepika Padukone (Chennai Express, Piku) and John Abraham (Satyamev Jayate, Garam Masala) will also be seen alongside SRK in critical roles. And will also add the element of intrigue and adventure to the upcoming flick. However, the complete details about their characters are still under wraps and might be shared in the coming days.
