Our Blues (우리들의 블루스) is a Korean drama series directed by Kim Kyu-tae and features Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-a, Cha Seung-won, Lee Jung-eun, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, and Uhm Jung-hwa, alongside other cast members. The series has 20 episodes, and Our Blues Episode 13 is titled Mi-ran And Eun-hui-2 and has a runtime of 60 minutes.

In Our Blues Episode 13, Eun-hui brings drunk Mi-ran home and puts her to sleep. She takes out her jacket, cleans her hands and tells Yeong-ok to take off her socks. Yeong-ok wonders what’s wrong with both Mi-ran and Eun-hui. Mi-ran laughs at first and then starts crying while Eun-hui sings a lullaby to her. Yeong-ok tells Eun-hui that she is really like her maid.
By the time, Mi-ran wakes up, Eun-hui has left for the market but has prepared breakfast for Mi-ran before leaving. Mi-ran enjoys breakfast and starts cleaning Eun-hui’s house. She has bought new curtains for Eun-hui and changes them first before doing the dishes, the laundry and vacuum cleaning the entire house. While cleaning the furniture, she finds Eun-hui’s diaries and reads one from their ninth grade. She gets happy to reminisce about their old memories.

After she is done with all the work, Mi-ran sits leisurely at Eun-hui’s dining table and finds yet another diary. It isn’t an old one but a recent diary. As she keeps on reading, she wonders if it is a personal diary or a sales log. However, when she reads the most recent entry, she starts sobbing. Eun-hui has called her two-faced, selfish and horrible and a person she never wants to be like. Eun-hui has written that she will stay loyal to Mi-ran for all she has done to her, no matter how much she has hurt her.
Mi-ran’s friends have arranged a reunion party for her and all of them are excited. Mi-ran was hurt after reading Eun-hui’s diary and tried to ask her many times if she has ever hurt her. Eun-hui doesn’t tell her anything and pretends to be okay. Still, Mi-ran apologizes to her for looking down on her business the other day. She does Eun-hui’s make-up and is extra kind to her because she feels guilty.
Our Blues Episode 13 Ending
At the reunion party, Mi-ran is the star and Eun-hui gets sidelined as usual. Ho-sik cannot bear to see the hype around Mi-ran and leaves the party. After the party, Mi-ran finds Myeong-bo alone and he tells Mi-ran that he is going to divorce his wife because she physically abuses him. While Mi-ran tries to comfort him, Myeong-bo’s wife sees them and starts fighting with Mi-ran. The fights gets bad and Eun-hui has to meddle and gets slapped by Mi-ran in the process.
Mi-ran is already angry and tells Eun-hui that she knows what Eun-hui thinks of her. She says that she can bear anyone calling her names but not Eun-hui who knows her the best. If she is two-faced, Eun-hui is worse than her because she is also faking their empty friendship all these years, that’s what Mi-ran thinks. She leaves Eun-hui and Jeju the next day.
Our Blues Episode 13 Review
In Our Blues Episode 13, Mi-ran can be seen as a caring friend toward Eun-hui despite her hurtful behaviour towards her. After reading Eun-hui’s diary, she apologizes to Eu-hui and calls herself immature. However, Eun-hui doesn’t want to bring back the past and doesn’t say anything to her. Mi-ran is a hollow person who doesn’t think more than herself, in Ho-sik’s perspective, a narcissist.
