Oshi No Ko Season 2 Episode 11 Recap
This episode delves into Aqua’s tangled relationships and the potential future repercussions they bring. He is aware of Akane’s interest in him, though his understanding of Kana’s feelings remains uncertain. Yet, given his kind and thoughtful behaviour towards her, it’s likely he suspects Kana harbours some affection for him.
Perhaps because Aqua realizes both Akane and Kana have feelings for him, he’s determined to avoid messy entanglements. His father’s infidelity, which deeply hurt his mother and brought complications to their family, makes him cautious when it comes to romantic relationships.

When Aqua reveals his intention to move on from his troubled past and seek a better future, Akane initially seems thrilled. But as the reality of the situation sinks in, she begins to fear the illusion Aqua is trapped in. She hesitates to confront him or make him relive the pain of his lifelong quest for revenge.
Towards, the end, we also see the real father of the twins, who is still alive and well. He is also not the person Aqua suspects.
Oshi No Ko Season 2 Episode 12 Review

The day of the trip is here, and the mood is playful and energetic because this is the place where Ruby and others will shoot their music video. But in a twist of fate, they decide on a town where both Ruby and Aqua received death in their previous lives. The trip thus starts, but not everyone is happy with the arrangement. You see, Akane also tagged along on Aqua’s invitation, and it definitely did not sit right with Kana.
Even after all the commotion, the group departs for their journey, and a new chapter begins. This anime does not forget to show the technicalities of the entertainment world, even when it is doing it subtly. Here, as well, we see just how costly it is to create a music video and what goes into the whole process. It’s interesting to witness these for people like us who have no idea about this world.

But that is not all that we dived into. Both Ruby and Aqua find themselves walking down memory lane in this mountainous town they once used to call home. They both think about the good and bad times of their past, and Aqua even tries to visit the spots he frequented in his previous life. We also find out the background of Aqua’s past self and a lack of parental figures even then. But he was not alone, Ruby or Sarina, too, had very neglectful parents who did not even visit their daughter when she was battling death.
Only Dr. Amamiya/Aqua remained by Sarina’s side during her terminal illness, and she even mustered the courage to confess her feelings to him. Here, we get to understand the bond between the siblings, which had started before they were born together. Aqua, even in his doctor self, saw Sarina as a sister and cared for her deeply.
However, what might unsettle you is how Ruby is still holding on to the wish that once she turns 16, she will confess her love to the doctor again without knowing he is long dead. She is really up for a rude awakening because her dream is going to shatter soon.

Verdict
This has been a very intense season, and we got a pretty satisfactory angle in this episode. The cliffhanger was not too much to handle, and you will be able to leave with a heavy yet settled heart. The last episode is yet to come hopefully all our answers will be answered with that.
