A story that could only be told in anime form, Oshi No Ko Episode 2 is the second episode of one of the season’s most highly anticipated new anime. Oshi No Ko is a supernatural drama anime being animated by Studio Doga Kobo and based on a manga written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. The episode is also known as My Star Episode 2.
You don’t often get a second chance at life unless you’re one of a thousand different isekai protagonists. Even fewer are born with a lot of privilege in their second chance, much less to the person they adored the most when they lived. So what if she was 16, and you were much older than her? The age difference doesn’t matter anymore because, well, you’re dead. But also because you have been reborn as the son of the same 16-year-old idol.
Gynaecologist Gorou Amemiya did not think his life would turn out to be this way when he agreed to help out his favourite teenage idol Ai Hoshino with her unexpected pregnancy. One thing led to another, and he was dead, only to come back to life again as her son with all his memories intact. He now has the privilege and closeness to Ai that he desires, but the situation is much different now, and for one reason or another, it is impossible to be as close to Ai as he thought.

Trying to predict what is going to happen in this show sounds like an exercise in futility. With so many twists and turns in just the first episode, the direction that the show is going has done a complete 180 and is now a murder mystery with revenge driving the plot than the idol and acting shenanigans, although the latter is still going to remain a backbone of the series. There is literally no telling what will happen next, and all we can do is watch with our eyes spread wide open.
Oshi No Ko Episode 2 Characters
Aquamarine and Ruby Hoshino are the only two characters that matter now, and seeing what the two do next is the driving point of the series.
