No Longer Allowed In Another World Episode 7 Recap

The episode begins by exploring Tama’s past, revealing that she has always been a tomboyish princess, physically stronger and more talented than her brother, who possessed a gentler nature. However, despite her strengths, Tama was constantly pressured by her father to act more like a traditional princess, a role she never embraced.

In the present, Tama tries to face Kaibara on equal terms but fails because of his overwhelming strength. We are also given a glimpse into Kaibara’s past life, which is far from the typical tragic backstory. Instead, Kaibara comes from a privileged and wealthy background, where he was able to get away with anything—even attempting to kill his maid, an incident his parents covered up with money. Despite his advantages, Kaibara felt a deep emptiness and was eventually killed by a truck, leading to his reincarnation in this new world.

However, instead of writing Kaibara’s story and sending him back to his original world, Sensei refuses, too disgusted by his past deeds. Instead, Sensei writes Tama’s story, which significantly boosts her powers. This episode highlights that Sensei’s abilities go beyond simply sending otherworlders home; they can also reshape a person’s destiny in profound ways.

Kaibara embodies this idea. Despite having everything, he remained dissatisfied with life, convincing himself that he was an apex predator meant to dominate others.
