Among the many Netflix reality shows, this survival game feels different as it is entirely based on the K-drama. Even the games played in the show are the same, which gives players a slight advantage as they know the tricks. However, the show also introduces new games and periodically tests the contestants, resulting in the elimination of those who fail. This unpredictability enhances the show’s intrigue, keeping viewers on edge regarding the next contestant to be eliminated.

New Episodes of Squid Game The Challenge Release Date

The following 4 Squid Game The Challenge episodes will be released next week on November 29, 2023 (Wednesday), at 1:30 PM IST on Netflix and pick up from where the action was left off in Episode 5. In the initial five episodes, we witnessed three games, commencing with ‘Red Light, Green Light,’ resulting in the elimination of 259 players while the rest advanced within the dome. As it is a reality show, people began speculating about the next game and formed alliances to progress further. Subsequently, ‘Dalgona’ followed, and a new game, ‘Battleship,’ was introduced. Amidst these games, they also performed tasks. By the end of the fifth episode, only 73 players remained to continue forward.

What to Expect in Squid Game The Challenge Episode 6?

At the end of episode five, we see that after five players perform a chore where they need to make 2 gallons of orange juice within a specific time limit, they succeed, and the entire dorm is rewarded with a picnic. The players were instructed to pair up and were given one blanket to sit on. Assuming it was a picnic, everyone chose their favourite person to pair up with. They then received a basket of food, but at the bottom of the basket were marbles, hinting that the next game would involve a marble challenge where pairs would compete against each other and only half of them would survive after that game.

The mother-son duo will face off against each other, and it will be fascinating to see whether they compete honestly or if one of them sacrifices for the other. Anticipate the introduction of new games in the upcoming episodes; the preview hints at incorporating games reminiscent of Alice in Borderland, adding to the excitement. “Tug of War” is definitely slated for the next episode, and it’ll be intriguing to witness who forms alliances to strengthen their chances in that specific game.
