Gwyneth Paltrow will be seen making her presence in all six episodes and helping 4 different couples intensify their relationship through pleasure and intimacy. 

The bold couples can be seen speaking about their issues, going through the lessons, getting emotional as well as enjoying their time happily spent in the session. Sex Love And Goop is all about finding intimacy and deeper pleasure in one’s sex life by letting out profound anxieties and lust and welcoming those of the partners. Gwyneth Paltrow feels that sexual wellness is as important as any other well-being and deeply wishes that she would have certainly tried these toolkits if she was exposed to them during earlier days. This TV series is bold and erotic and never explored before theme which claims to be an unscripted show with real-life couples getting counselled to improve their sex and relationships.

As the title goes the concept behind it also follows. Gwyneth Paltrow reveals that it is a very challenging task to confess about one’s sex life as well as being sexually vulnerable in front of the camera. Each couple comes on the show with a series of insecurity, pain, and marital issues but work together to bring out a change in their sex life by following what experts tell them via guidance, sex toys, and sensual analysis.

The experts include renowned personalities ranging from sexual health practitioners, relationship pundits, somatic sexologists, erotic wholeness coaches, and intimacy coaches. Four couples take part in the show to represent couples with trouble in sex life and also provide solutions to them. We get to see a young adult lesbian couple finding difficulty in their sex life due to negative body image.

An African-American couple who are about to take divorce each other join the session to give the last chance to their relationship. Another married couple face issues in getting pleasure during sex due to the constant pressure of bearing a kid. Last but not least we also have a chance to see an elderly couple who have joined the show to demonstrate that age is not a barrier to experiencing intimacy in one’s sex life.
