Cheon Sang-hyuk, a charming fairy renowned for his ability to enchant women, endured a tragic event 500 years ago when his wings were scorched. In a quest for wing restoration, he underwent 27 transformative experiences. However, his 28th attempt becomes entangled with the life of Oh Baek-ryun.
Baek-ryun, a striking woman working as a veterinarian in an animal clinic, grapples with a peculiar curse. Men smitten by her charm inevitably face near-death experiences, leading them to abruptly end their relationships. Despite her undeniable allure, Baek Ryun refrains from pursuing romantic entanglements, hoping to cross paths with a man destined to be her true love.

Sang-hyuk will understand that Baek-ryun is none other than the re-incarnation of the court lady he fell in love 500 years ago. However their moment will be interrupted by Jae-hee who will force Sang-hyuk to tell the truth about his identity as he has found solid proof. Sang-hyuk will tell both of them about his real identity which might even make Jae-hee remember his past. There are chances of him getting mad at Sang-hyuk for ruining his past relationship which he was supposed to have with Baek-ryun.
Now that we know who the serial killer is, he will try his best to kill Baek-ryun as soon as possible as he is on the verge of getting caught. Protection for Baek-ryun will become rigid since she underwent a traumatic experience. We might also learn the real connection between Jeong-ah and Baek-ryun. Maybe they’re all the re-incarnations of the court lady that Sang-hyuk fell in love with and married 500 years ago.

In the aftermath of Sang-hyuk’s failed attempt to use his cupid arrow on Baek-ryun and Jae-hee, he observes Baek-ryun catching a falling leaf, leaving Jae-hee curious about her dreamy gaze towards Sang-hyuk. Sang-hyuk confides in Dong-chil about the kiss, feigning indifference to Baek-ryun. However, he grapples with the realization of his true emotions.
Meanwhile, Dong-gu develops deeper feelings for Do-ra, creating concern for Dong-pal, who firmly believes that cupids should not fall in love with humans. Dong-pal plans to restrain both Sang-hyuk and Dong-gu, resulting in Dong-gu’s capture, but Sang-hyuk escapes with a warning.
As Sang-hyuk and Jae-hee contemplate their feelings for Baek-ryun, she becomes the focal point of their thoughts. Baek-ryun receives a text from the killer via Eun-seo’s phone, claiming she is alive and wishes to meet. She decides to go alone, keeping Jae-hee and Sang-hyuk uninformed. Sang-hyuk learns of the situation and rushes to the location, but the killer escapes, leaving Baek-ryun unconscious. The hospital reveals Eun-seo’s corpse inside a water barrel.
During skull surgery, Baek-ryun recalls her past but struggles to envision the face of her past love. Frustrated, she forces herself to sleep, hoping to remember his face. Myeong-sik, Eun-seo’s lover, examines scratches on a mirror, hinting at his involvement as the serial killer. Jae-hee’s suspicions of Sang-hyuk intensify when a tiny scratch on his hand mysteriously disappears. Visiting Sang-hyuk’s home, Jae-hee discovers the other cupids, realizing their uncanny resemblance to men in a 1993 picture.
At the hospital, Sang-hyuk ponders his feelings while watching Baek-ryun sleep. In a surprising revelation, as he turns to leave, Baek-ryun awakens and identifies him as her past lover, stunning Sang-hyuk.
