My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 5 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 5 is the fifth episode of the newest season of the series, which is an action-adventure superhero anime directed by Masahiro Mukai and Kenji Nagasaki and is based on an original manga written by Mangaka Kohei Horikoshi.

The series is based in a world where most people have super-powered abilities known as “quirks”, and the society has moulded itself around their existence and uses. Supervillains emerged almost as soon as superpowers did, and it was up to society as a whole to respond to power with power in the form of heroes. My Hero Academia is the tale of a quirk-less boy who became the greatest Hero of them all.

Season 6 of the highly popular series follows Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shoto Todoroki, alongside several licensed superheroes, go up against the combined forces of the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army, headed by the protege of All For One, Tomura Shigaraki.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 5 Plot

The fifth episode of the season is titled “The Thrill Of Destruction” and features the Nomu hospital battlefield, with Endeavor and Eraserhead leading the charge to rid the place of all the high-class Nemus. The tide of the battle turns with Gran Torino and other reinforcements coming to the aid of Endeavor and the team, but there is another piece in the game, a piece that threatens to destroy the entire power dynamic of the show- Tomura Shigaraki.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 5 Characters

Endeavor and Eraserhead are the focus of this episode as they take on the last of the maximum-powered Nemu that All for One left behind. We saw the one who inherited All for One from All for One himself, Tomura Shigaraki, reemerge and join the battle in the previous episode, which is an extraordinarily seismic change when the events from Season 5 are considered. He can singlehandedly disintegrate everything that is close to him, which might be the most overpowered ability in the show.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 5 Predictions

While it may look like the heroes have the upper hand in the battle, the real fight isn’t going to start before Shigaraki gets involved. There might be some deaths, as there are when Tomura is involved.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 4 Recap

The previous episode saw Mirko and Endeavor team up to break Shigaraki’s pod and take down a lot of Nemu. Eraserhead and Present Mic’s past saw a lot of mentions, and so did Endeavor’s in the plotline involving Dabi and Hawks. Hero Killer Stain is still a huge presence in the show, as he has become the rallying cry for most of the other villains. Not Tomura, though, who has also now joined the fray.

My Hero Academia Season 6 is streaming on Netflix.
