My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 16 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 16 is the sixteenth episode of the newest season of the series, which is an action-adventure superhero anime directed by Masahiro Mukai and Kenji Nagasaki and is based on an original manga written by Mangaka Kohei Horikoshi.

The series is based in a world where most people have super-powered abilities known as “quirks”, and the society has moulded itself around their existence and uses. Supervillains emerged almost as soon as superpowers did, and it was up to society as a whole to respond to power with power in the form of heroes. My Hero Academia is the tale of a quirk-less boy who became the greatest Hero of them all.

The second cour of the sixth season focuses on the aftermath of the huge battle between the heroes and the Meta Liberation Front. The heroes have lost a lot of standing and power in the eyes of the general public and were publically humiliated and thoroughly beaten by the events of the first cour. The second cour focuses on the rebuilding effort and a darker path for our protagonist- Izuku Midoriya.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 16 Plot

The horrible Todoroki family adventures continue as the world still reels back from the announcement Dabi made about his father and #1 hero, Endeavor. Being #1 was always more than just being about how powerful you were, as All Might always said. Being at the top meant you had to be a symbol of peace and someone who people could trust. Through some fault of his own, Endeavour has failed to do both of these things to the detriment of society as a whole.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 16 Characters

Hawks and Best jeanist were in the spotlight for the preview of this episode, as we saw a lot of villains that we had previously seen being minor menaces in the series raise a lot of carnage in the world without heroes. The Endeavor family, naturally, is also going to feature highly in this episode called “The Hellish Todoroki Family Part 2”, as Shoto finally meets his mother for the first time in years and decades of misery is addressed.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 16 Predictions

This is going to be a sad episode as the Todoroki family is finally expected to put their differences aside and face what happened to them head-on. I don’t expect Endeavor to be forgiven, but it does appear that he will be accepted by his family, as he is being rejected by the whole world.

My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 15 Recap

All For One’s nefarious schemes aren’t over yet, as he makes Shigaraki and his Nemus invade the prison he is being kept in, Tartarus. The prison falls, and alongside All For One, also escape many other villains that we have seen in the past, including Muscular, Overhaul, and Stain. Meanwhile, at the central hospital, Bakugo wakes up to find a different world than he left it, alongside a piece of news that sweeps him off his feet and makes him run, kicking and screaming to Deku.

My Hero Academia Season 6 is streaming on Netflix.
