My Happy Marriage Episode 6 Ending Explained: The sixth episode premiered on August 9, 2023, on Netflix. My Happy Marriage (My Blissful Marriage) or Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (わたしの幸せな結婚) is an upcoming anime series which will be premiering on Netflix. Based on the light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, it also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka.

The live-action film adaptation of the fantasy series was released in Japan on March 2023. Following the story of Miyo, who enters an arranged marriage with a ruthless commander, officially got its own anime series announced to be directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music.

Licensed under Netflix, the series is scheduled to run for 13 episodes. With an estimated duration of 20-25 minutes each, the episodes are available in English dub and subtitles. The opening theme song is Anata no Soba ni (貴方の側に。, “By Your Side”) by Riria and the ending theme song, Vita Philosophica (ヰタ・フィロソフィカ), is performed by Kashitarō Itō.

Who kidnapped Miyo?

As Miyo and Yuri were returning to the house after meeting Kiyoka, she was suddenly kidnapped. It is later revealed that she was not carrying the amulet that Kiyoka gave her, which provides her with protection. Miyo was kidnapped by none other than her family itself. Her step-mother and step-sister try to convince her to leave Kiyoka, but she remains determined and stands up for herself.

Did Kiyoka save Miyo?

Kiyoka, along with Koji, travels to the Saimori property to rescue Miyo. However, he is met with the head of the Tatsuishi family, Minoru. He attacks Kiyoka as he does not wish for him to marry an Usuba. But Kiyoka’s powers are extremely powerful, and he defeats him swiftly without much effort. Due to their one on one battle, the houses in the Saimori property also catch fire. He then walks over to the basement and rescues Miyo from her evil family.

What did Kaya say to Kiyoka?

Kaya asked to Kiyoka to marry her instead of Miyo, but Kiyoka rejected her instantly. He said that Kaya is an extremely privileged and arrogant woman who does not know how to respect others. Following the incident, Koji also broke off his engagement with Kaya and left her all alone. The Saimori house was also completely burned to ashes during the battle.

What is the Imperial family planning?

During the last few minutes, the Emperor is seen talking to a close associate. From their conversation, it can be made out that they were planning to carry out an important task. The associate asks the Emporer’s permission, and he allows to go ahead with the plan. It is not yet revealed anything about the plan and what will be the result. However, it is expected that the conversation concerns both Kiyoka and Miyo. Multiple speculations can be made; for e.g., the Imperial family might be after Miyo’s power as well and the plan is to separate her from Kiyoka. Only in the next episode, the plan will be revealed.
