Mumbai Diaries: Will There Be a Third Season to Amazon Prime Video’s Medical Thriller?

Having expectations for Mumbai Diaries Season 3 would not be a wrong thing at this point given how phenomenally well the show has done with its third season. The Amazon Prime series is slowly becoming a hit amongst viewers and rightly so.

The series is created and directed by Nikkhil Advani. It has eight episodes in total with a runtime of 40 to 50 minutes per episode. An Emmay Entertainment Production, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani serve as the producers for this season.

The cast for the show includes Mohit Raina as Dr. Kaushik Oberoi, Konkana Sen Sharma as Chitra Das, Shreya Dhanwanthary as Mansi, Natasha Bhardwaj as Dr. Diya Parekh, Satyajeet Dubey as Dr. Ahaan Mirza, Mrunmayee Deshpande as Dr. Sujata Ajawale, Tina Desai as Ananya, Parambrata Chatterjee as Dr. Saurav Chandra, Prakash Belawadi as Dr. Mani Subramanium, Ridhi Dogra as Dr. Sandhya , Balaji Gauri as Nurse Cherian, Sonali Kulkarni as Mrs. Kelkar, Jhanvi Rawat as Dr. Hima and others.

The second season of Mumbai Diaries focuses on the floods that paralysed the city of Mumbai on 26 July 2005. Just like the previous season, all the events unfold within the span of a day as we see first responders, starting from doctors and nurses to the police and media being on their feet to aid the calamity at him. The season returns with the old and new characters, giving us the aftermath of the first season that revolved around the 26/11 attack.

When Will Mumbai Diaries Season 3 Release?

Given how season two is performing, the fate of the third season will be defined. As of now, there are no major updates or news in regards to the show getting a third season. However, looking at how the makers have managed to bring forth another catastrophic event to the forefront with the help of this series, anything can happen next. All we can say it as a viewer, we would be happy to receive yet another brilliant season of this show.
