Merry Christmas is an upcoming thriller movie starring Katrina Kaif as the lead character alongside Vijay Sethupathi. Talented filmmaker Sriram Raghavan will be directing the latest movie, and Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Routray will produce it.

Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram to share the movie’s poster this Sunday. In the caption, she says that the initial plan to release the movie was on Christmas Day, that is, December 25, 2022, but there is an added twist which indicates a special surprise for the audience. Vijay Sethupathi also shared the same post on his Instagram account with the caption, “#MerryChristmas coming soon”.

The movie was first announced in December 2021, and the actress shared behind-the-scenes images on her social media account. She showed her immense excitement for the movie and said that she always wanted to work under Raghavan’s direction.
The upcoming movie will be Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi’s first film together. It is also the actor’s first Hindi film. Fans are extremely excited about the collaboration and are showing a lot of anticipation.
Katrina Kaif has recently starred in a movie called Phone Bhooth alongside Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. The latest movie is a desi version of Ghostbusters which did not perform well at the Box Office. The actress will also be reprising her role in the latest instalment of the Tiger film franchise along with Salmaan Khan.
Sriram Raghavan, who is best known for the hit dark comedy Andhadhun, has also recently produced the Netflix crime comedy Monica, O My Darling.
The movie is now set to release in Hindi and Tamil in 2023, but an exact date has not been disclosed yet.
