MasterChef India Season 7 Episode 18 reactions are agreeing with the judges on the winning team. Hosted by Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar and joined by Garima Arora, the first-ever female Michelin chef to be a judge on the show, it is produced by Endemol Shine India and directed by Neeraj Shetty.
MasterChef India Season 7 Episode 18 is titled ‘Preparing Meals Under High Pressure’ and the synopsis reads, “The home cooks continue to prepare their meals to impress the chefs in ‘Thalassa’ under a time crunch. Will they deliver the taste the chefs are looking for?”
The cooking competition show is a nationwide quest to find the best ‘home cook’ and draws out some of the most brilliant chefs from across India. The judges sample recipes from various cuisines that the contestants prepare in their search for India’s ‘MasterChef’. And after going through many challenges, one will win the grand prize and the titles.

The two teams – The blue team consists of Priyanka as captain, Kamaldeep, Nayanjyoti, Vineet, Sachin and Suvarna. The yellow team consisted of Priya as the captain, along with Gurkirat, Avinash, Santa, Deepa and Aruna continued the challenge to make a 3-course Mediterranean cuisine. They will be given 90 minutes in total.
At the 60th minute, they will have to bring their first course, which will be a mezze platter. After that at the 75th minute, they will have to bring the main course and lastly at the end of the challenge, they will have to bring the desserts. Also, along with the judges, the person who created the restaurant – Mariketty Grana will be judging the dishes.
After all the dishes were tasted, the yellow team took the win in terms of taste and presentation. They are now safe from this week’s elimination, whereas the blue team will have to compete against each other for survival. The viewers are also in tune with the final judgement while some praise Priyanka’s calm composure. While some also pointed out the overly plugged-in product placement that looks like an hour-long ad with some cooking in between.
