Marry My Husband Poster Revealed: Park Min-young Set to Transform Her Fate in the New Kdrama

The reigning queen of office romance, Park Min-young, returns with her latest project on tvN, titled Marry My Husband, as its poster was unveiled today, December 4, 2023. This TV series, 내 남편과 결혼해줘, spotlights four eminent South Korean actors: Na In-woo as Yoo Ji-hyuk, Park Min-young as Kang Ji-won, Lee Yi-kyung as Park Min-hwan, and Song Ha-yoon as Jung Soo-min. The poster tantalizingly hints at an enthralling drama delving into the realms of romance, betrayal, and fantasy. Directed by Park Won-gook, the screenplay is masterfully crafted by Shin Yoo-dam.

The series is set to premiere on January 1, 2024, adapting Sungsojak’s renowned web novel of the same name. Centred around the tragic tale of an ordinary woman named Kang Ji-Won, the show promises an engaging narrative. The story of the drama revolves around Kang Ji-Won, the main provider in her troubled marriage, who faces a crumbling relationship due to her husband’s selfishness and his controlling mother.

When she is diagnosed with a terminal illness and learns about her husband’s affair, a fatal confrontation leads to her unexpected return to the past. Determined to alter her fate, she orchestrates a new future by arranging her husband’s marriage to her friend and navigating a potential relationship with a colleague harbouring undisclosed feelings and secrets.

Ji-won seeks to rewrite her destiny while juggling complex relationships and navigating a second chance at life, intertwining love, betrayal, and the quest for redemption in a poignant tale of resilience and second chances.

Park Min-young is known for her adeptness in portraying engaging storylines, especially in the realm of office romance. Once again, it seems that trend will continue, as her character undergoes a change of fate and is poised to fall in love anew, this time with Yoo Ji-hyeok, played by Na In-woo, who serves as the chief in the same department.

The series will consist of 16 episodes and is scheduled to premiere its first episode on January 1, 2024, at 5:20 PM KST on tvN TV every Monday and Tuesday. While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, there’s a possibility it will also be released on online streaming platforms like Netflix.
