Maestra Episode 7 Preview: Maestra String of Truth (마에스트라) is a Korean mystery thriller that tells the story of a passionate violinist who reaches the peak she craves, without letting anyone get in her way. Directed by Kim Jung-kwon, the drama stars Lee Young-ae, Lee Mo-saeng, Hwang Bo Reum-byeol, Kim Young-jae, Park Ho-san, and Yang Jun-mo, alongside other cast members.

The Kdrama tells the story of violinist Cha Se-eum who is now the conductor of an orchestra. While she has reached a stage that is envied by all with her hard work and passion, Se-eum has a secret that can change her life forever. And so it does when a mysterious case takes place in the orchestra and she takes a look into it.

Maestra Strings of Truth takes over tvN’s Saturday & Sunday 21:20 time slot previously occupied by Castaway Diva.

Maestra Episode 7 Prediction

An arrest warrant is released against Se-eum and detectives are surprised to see another case with Se-eum as the primary suspect. Meanwhile, fingers are once again pointed at Hanphil while Bong-ju leaves behind a surprise for Se-eum and Jeong-jae. Will Se-eum be able to save the orchestra this time?

Maestra Episode 6 Recap

Se-eum’s mother intensifies her fear of the disease as her words revolve inside her head. Meanwhile, Kim Phil tries to force Se-eum to take part in the documentary. Se-eum is in an unstable mood the next day but finally tells her father of her upcoming divorce. She later passes on her violin to Luna, whose violin got broken after Se-eum mother created a scene after the shower scene during practice.

Soon, news of Se-eum’s mother’s disease makes headlines which was part of Se-eum’s plan so Kim Phil no longer holds anything against her. Jeong-jae also intercepts any advancement in Kim Phil’s career. Meanwhile, Se-eum finds her mother’s pen in the violin case through Luna which brings back memories of the past when her mother was suffering.

She finally makes her way to her mother and apologises for her behaviour, getting an apology in return from her mother who has been missing her. However, her mother suddenly falls into a shock which makes Se-eum rush to the emergency button. However, she is unable to press it when she hears her mother’s pleas to let her die.

The scene changes to Se-eum performing at the concert while her mother breathes her last at the hospital.

Maestra Episode 7 India Release Date and Time

The series will stream from December 9, 2023, to January 14, 2024. Episode 7 of the series will stream on December 30 at 9:20 PM KST (7:30 PM IST).

Maestra Plot

The show’s synopsis reads: “A highly accomplished conductor decides to leave her life in New York behind to take up the challenge of reviving a struggling orchestra.”

The drama is a remake of the French show Philharmonia which aired in 2019. It follows the life of Cha Se-eum who is driven by passion and her boldness to achieve all that she aims for, no matter the price.

Maestra Cast

Directed by Kim Jung-kwon and screenwriter Choi Yi-yoon, the drama stars Lee Young-ae, Lee Mo-saeng, Hwang Bo Reum-yeol, Kim Young-jae, Park Ho-san, and Yang Jun-mo, alongside other cast members.

Lee Yong-ae returns to the screen with a new protagonist role after her spectacular performance in Inspector Koo, alongside Lee Mo-saeng from Cleaning Up and Hwang Bo Reum-yeol from Can I Step In?
