Love Forever Review
The plot of the film follows a couple Hanna and Samuel travel to the countryside in hopes of enjoying a small and intimate wedding with their family and friends. However, as customary, their loved ones don’t let that happen, resulting in chaos overshadowing their big day and ending in Hanna running away. Will the happy couple reunite in the end?
This Swedish rom-com is certainly one of the better rom-coms released in recent days and brings about a plot that is easy, comfy, and everything you’d want in a good rom-com. The film not only gives viewers a good experience but also manages to leave you smiling by the end as things begin to settle down for everyone in their own unique way. There is drama, but not too much; there is love, and in ways that give it a meaning beyond marriage.

I have loved the way the plot shows us love and how it goes beyond the boundaries and expectations of the world. The plot beautifully captures these meanings and brings them out to the audience. Meanwhile, the performance put together by the cast members is something that I have definitely enjoyed. The emotions are all so well shown that it really immerses the audience into the overall atmosphere of wedding chaos, and more.
Moving on, I have to point out the choice of location throughout the film- the scenic beauty of the island is simply beautiful. Be it the route to get there or the many views of the island itself, it is all very magnificent and makes you take a moment to appreciate the cinematography altogether.

Coming back to the simple yet deep storyline that has brought to us- there are many elements playing throughout the film which not only make you appreciate love but also make you see where boundaries and expectations come into play. Reality is certainly different from fantasy and I love how this rom-com doesn’t take the idealistic route but a more realistic one when and where needed. This makes the film all the more relatable in many aspects and makes you see what is happening. And I cannot help but applaud the way all these elements come together with such ease in this film.
Altogether, this is a beautiful rom-com that you shouldn’t miss out on this season.
Summing Up

Love Forever is a beautiful rom-com that is perfect for Valentine’s Day or even as a simple film you would want to watch on any cosy evening. The film looks into love, marriage, and weddings in a way that makes you see not just the reality but the importance of these as well. A perfect watch for rom-com lovers, it doesn’t bore you but brings about an intriguing watch for the audience.
